Three land plots with the cadastral numbers 21:02:011001:548, 21:02:011001:794, 21:02:011001:793 were selected for the allocation of the Industrial park in Novocheboksarsk. The land plot is located at 20 km from Cheboksary in the east direction.

Within the framework of this investment project, it is planned to create a mixed-type industrial park on the territory of Novocheboksarsk, which includes areas for accommodation of future residents (Greenfield type), a production and storage building with office spaces (Brownfield type), as well as engineering infrastructure.

Small and medium-sized businesses operating in the following fields will be considered as potential residents of the industrial park:

• waste recycling and production of consumer goods (including plastic products);
• manufacture of chemical products, including fine chemicals;
• wood-processing industry;
• production of construction curb materials;
• production of other non-metallic goods (reinforcement bars), etc.
