Comprehensive development of the residential neighbourhood, construction of the varied-height residential buildings (7-9-12-18 floors) with the total area of living spaces 417.710 thousand sq.m. It is planned to build cultural and business center, children's educational institutions for 480 children, school for 1100 pupils.
