The project envisages development and implementation of low-voltage complete electric drives on the basis of self-controlled inverted-fed synchronous motors and pulse-width modulator transducers (> 30 kHz) with a capacity of up to 150 kW (inclusive) and an efficiency > 92% based on silicon carbide.
