• For the purchase of unused special equipment for embryonic centers (laboratories) in dairy stock farming
• Capacities for grain conditioning before placement in storage and (or) purchase of unused machines and (or) equipment, used for post-harvesting grain conditioning before placement in storage
• Feed-milling establishments and (or) workshops and (or) purchase of unused equipment for them
• Dairy units (dairy farms) owned by agricultural producers

Requirements

For embryonic centers (laboratories) in dairy stock farming

• The number of high-priced cows should be at least 50 heads as of reporting date
• Special equipment used for embryo transfer
• Skilled staff

In the field of grain conditioning and storage

• Availability of own (leased) land plots of grain, leguminous and oil crops of at least 1000 ha
• Production volume of grain, leguminous and oil crops in the year preceding the year of receipt of funds from the republican budget of the Chuvash Republic, should be at least 2000 tons
• Availability of facilities for grain conditioning before placement in storage with a throughput capacity of at least 10 tons per hour

For feed-milling establishments

• The minimum feed production capacity should be at least 10 tons per day; availability of facilities for storage of raw materials - at least 100 tons of simultaneous storage
• Availability of facilities for storage of finished products - at least 50 tons of simultaneous storage
• Improving technical or technological systems and increasing the capacity for the production of compound feed - in case of modernization

For dairy units

• For the construction of dairy farms - 200 heads of cows, beef farms - 120 rooms
• For the modernization of diary farm - 100 heads of cows
• Creation or modernization started not earlier than 3 years before the announcement of the competitive selection Availability of authorization documentation
• State examination of project documents
• State examination of reliability of estimated costs
• The facility should be commissioned
• The facility should be stocked with livestock
• The costs should be supported by documents
