Subsidies from the republican budget of the Chuvash Republic for reimbursement of part of the costs to industrial enterprises for down (advance) payment when concluding equipment leasing agreement (s) with Russian leasing organizations
Requirements
- Carrying out activities on the territory of the Chuvash Republic
- An increase in the volume of shipped goods of own production, works and services provided using their own resources (on an accrual basis) per 1 million rubles of subsidies should be: in 2021, at least 0.495 Mio rubles; in 2022, at least 2.950 Mio rubles; in 2023 at least 5.414 Mio rubles
- Average pay of employees of an industrial enterprise for the last reporting period (year) preceding the date of filing an application for a subsidy should not be lower than the average salary in the Chuvash Republic for the type of economic activity "Manufacturing", job creation (on an accrual basis) per 1 million rubles of subsidies: in 2021 at least 0.06; in 2022 at least 0.17; in 2023 at least 0.29
- An increase in the volume of fixed investments (on an accrual basis) per 1 Mio rubles of subsidies should be: in 2021 at least 0.334 Mio rubles; in 2022 at least 0.979 Mio rubles; in 2023 at least 1.640 Mio rubles
- Carrying out by an industrial enterprise of activities related, in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Type of Economic Activity, to classes 26, 27 and 28 (except for subclass 28.3)
- Conclusion with Russian leasing organizations of an agreement (s) for leasing equipment of home or foreign production
- The equipment purchased under finance lease must be unused, of the current or previous year of manufacture and put into operation no later than the day the applicant submits the application documentation
- The costs for the down (advance) payment when concluding an equipment leasing agreement (s) with Russian leasing organizations should be documented
- Actual availability of the equipment purchased under finance lease with the applicant
- Actual down (advance) payment under the leasing agreement
- Obligation to use leased equipment during its useful life
