Description

Search and selection of a foreign buyer for an SME that carries out or plans to carry out export activities. A list of potential foreign buyers is prepared. The service is provided free of charge. Includes additional services:

• preparation or updating of the commercial offer of the SME;
• assistance in creating in a foreign language and (or) upgrading an existing website (provided on the terms of co-financing by SME in the amount of 20%);
• preparation and (or) translation into English and (or) into the language of potential foreign buyers of presentation and other materials in electronic form;
• support of negotiation process;
• sending trial products to potential foreign buyers.

Terms

• the presence of the applicant in the register of small and medium-sized businesses;
• registration (legal address) of the applicant in the Chuvash Republic;
• availability of a product (service) that is potentially suitable for export with an applicant;
• availability of free funds with Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization «Export Support Center» for the provision of services in the current year.

Procedure

Sending the application form

Candidates for subsidies should select the appropriate service in the «Investor's Personal Cabinet», fill out and upload the required files.

Document check and taking a decision

Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Chuvash Republic checks the candidates for the compliance with the terms and requirements.

Signing of an agreement and contracts

A decision to provide a subsidy or to refuse in its provision is made, on the basis of the decision, a notification is sent to the applicant's personal account.
In case of a positive decision, an agreement, addendum to agreement, including supplementary agreement concerning the termination of the agreement (if necessary), is concluded between the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Chuvash Republic and the recipient of the subsidy, indicating the contacts of the responsible department.
