Business plans may be developped for any purposes (acquiring state support, borrowing of the loan, for investors, funds, shareholders (founders), etc.).

Terms

The service is provided on a grant basis to SMEs registered in the territory of the Chuvash Republic and having received an intersession of the Ministry of Economic Development and Property Relations of the Chuvash Republic. The projects being developed involve the implementation of a small-scale project for the following purposes: to obtain loans from Autonomous Non-Commercial Organisation Microcredit Company «Agency for the Support of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses», for own needs and to attract funding from other organizations.

On a commercial basis - the service is provided to anyone without restrictions (SMEs, persons applying the «Self-employment tax», individuals) and for any purpose: Council for Investment Policy, PSEDA, FER, Russian credit organizations, etc.)

Procedure

Receipt of a request for the development of a business plan

The applicant sends an application for the development of a business plan to Autonomous Organization of the Chuvash Republic "Republican Business Incubator".

Receipt of a completed standard application form, analysis of the data received

The applicant provides a completed standard application form (initial data) for the project. Autonomous Organization of the Chuvash Republic "Republican Business Incubator" analyzes the received information.

Selection of terms for the provision of a service

Autonomous Organization of the Chuvash Republic "Republican Business Incubator" carries out prescoring, scoring of the customer in accordance with 209-ФЗ, determines the goals, requirements of the customer for the project and the offerees of the business plan, decides on the provision of services on a grant or commercial basis. Agreement of terms with the customer.
If the service is provided on a grant basis, the customer sends an application for the development of a business plan to the Department of Entrepreneurship Development of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Chuvash Republic through a personal account.
If the service is provided on a commercial basis Autonomous Organization of the Chuvash Republic "Republican Business Incubator" determines the cost of business plan.
The cost of commercial business plan depends on the following:

• requirements to business plan (objective, structure, contents, etc.);
• format of business plan;
• availability of initial data;
• additional materials (financial and economic model, presentation, annotation in the separate file, etc.);
• additional services (market research, editing the business plan due to new circumstances or other support, etc.).

Development of business plan

At this stage Autonomous Organization of the Chuvash Republic "Republican Business Incubator" evaluates the provided information on the project, as well as requests missing data/searches and agrees on the necessary information, calculates financial indicators and designs the project, agrees on the received data with the customer, makes adjustments and amendments, taking into account the customer's requirements.

Act of service acceptance

The ready-made business plan (feasibility study) is provided in printed and electronic form in one copy, by sending it by e-mail.
