Investment policy statement of the Chuvash Republic
The main goal of the investment development of the Chuvash Republic is to ensure by the year of 2030 a real growth of investments in fixed assets by 70% compared to the year of 2020.
The investment policy statement contains investment objectives, key characteristics of the Chuvash Republic, investment priorities with reference to a specific territory, a description of the investment strategy and investment potential.
An investment team chaired by the Head of the Chuvash Republic Oleg Nikolaev was formed within the framework of the investment policy statement.
The team consists of executive authorities of the Chuvash Republic, social organizations, representatives of other development institutes of the Chuvash Republic, representatives of financial institutions, utility providers.
Investment rulebook
Investment rulebook – is an action plan («customer path») of an investor, who is going to implement the investment project on the territory of the Chuvash Republic.
– The purpose is to increase transparency and simplify the interaction of the investor with executive authorities, control (supervisory) bodies and utility providers in the implementation of investment projects in regard of gaining access to infrastructure elements.
Investment Committee
The functions of the Investment Committee are assigned to the Coordinating Council for the development of investment and business activity, the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Chuvash Republic in order to form and implement a single investment policy on the territory of the Chuvash Republic that meets the priorities of its socio-economic development, create favorable conditions for the development of investment and business activities, as well as ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities in the Chuvash Republic.
