As a result of the tender, on July 1, 2014, a concession agreement was concluded with Upravleniya Otkhodami (Waste Management) CJSC, according to which the concessionaire reconstructed a waste transfer station with sorting elements, and built a waste sorting plant. The construction of the 2nd area of the SDW disposal site is planned to be completed in 2018. This project is included in the register of best practices and is recommended for implementation on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
