As a result of the tender, on July 1, 2014, a concession agreement was concluded with Upravleniya Otkhodami (Waste Management) CJSC, according to which the concessionaire reconstructed a waste transfer station with sorting elements, and built a waste sorting plant. This project is included in the register of best practices and is recommended for implementation in the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
