Requirements to residents
1. Statutory requirements of the Chuvash Republic to legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) implementing investment projects for the location and conduct of production of industrial products on the territory of industrial (trading) parks:
a) Residents of the industrial (trading) park carry out activities that correspond to the purposes and objectives in the field of industry, defined by the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Chuvash Republic
b) Residents of the industrial (trading) park are registered for tax purposes in the territory of the Chuvash Republic;
c) Residents of the industrial (trading) park carry out activity on the territory of the Chuvash Republic.
2. Commercial conditions for the lease of industrial land, as well as sale and lease of industrial facilities (premises) are provided individually, in accordance with the terms of reference of the investor (prospective resident).
